Cuisine

Our exquisite cuisine will allow you to experience a unique selection of flavors, aromas, colors, fresh herbs and vegetables harvested from our organic gardens.  In the warmth of our home, you can experience a selection of local cheeses, fresh homemade breads, selected wines, and delicious local desserts. We serve Latin American cuisine, as well as sharing fine recipes from our European, African, and Mesoamerican culinary backgrounds. Every morning a Continental breakfast is served; lunch and dinner menus will be changed daily.

Southern Italian Osso Buco on a base of corn meal
Pasta Puttanesca/Napolitana/Bolognesa sauce
West Indian Chicken with white Rice
Grilled Trout with Quinoa salad
Grill Chicken salad
Minnestrone with wild Rice

Dinner

Argentinean parrilla
Baked Pork Chops with vegetables
Beef Stroganoff with Noisette potatoes
Hungarian Chicken with Arabic rice
Lemon Fish with Gratin potatoes

Dinners will be served with our season salads and deserts.
